Have you been putting that Monday off where you will start working towards your health and fitness goals? Maybe you just need that accountability to stay on track or a little guidance in the right direction. Many people even have the drive but do not know where to start. Did you also know that half of the amount of people that do have gym memberships don’t even use them? They just get billed monthly and keep saying they will go back. Unfortunately most gyms will not help get you started in the right direction once you buy the membership. They want to charge you large sums of money to pay for a personal trainer. Once you are comfortable in a gym setting and learn how to utilize machines and free weights with a plan in hand your fitness journey is just keeping yourself motivated to keep pushing your body outside of that comfort zone.

I believe with the right amount of guidance and teaching clients how to eat for their body and goals everyone can learn to do it on their own. There are some that need the push and accountability to stay on track and that is okay. Nutrition can be the hardest part for most. Calories in verses calories out is what it comes down to. Everything that you eat has a value in proteins, carbs, fats and/or fibers and your body needs a certain balance to function properly. Eating not enough or too many calories for your body and you will not be able to achieve those goals or feel well while trying. Not every person needs the same amount of those balances of calories and you should be treated uniquely as you are.

I offer personal training one-on- one as well as nutrition and fitness coaching online. I teach people to eat real food of their choice (no supplements or pills) and be accountable for it. You do not need a plastic container to carry around or avoid eating out.
