My Story

Hi, I'm Devon - and this is why I do what I do.

I started Macaroni KID 12 months postpartum, simply looking for fun events to take my daughter to. I was a new mom trying to figure out this whole parenting thing, and all I wanted was a go-to resource for what was happening in our community.

What I discovered was that there was so much to do in our area - and families just didn't know about it. Local events, small business gems, community activities - all scattered and hard to find.

That's when I realized the gap: families needed one trusted place to find everything, and local businesses needed a direct line to the families right in their backyard.

Macaroni KID has become my passion. My mission is simple - to help moms and parents make their lives easier by having all of our local resources in one place, and to bridge the gap between our amazing locally owned businesses and the families who would love them.
